Product Customization

If you are a starting IT centre or a developed company and you are supplying your customers with your software, you may find convenient integrating your support address, your logo, changing the program name or adding some features to our software, therefore, you will find our customization and rebranding programs worthy of your attention.

Currently, we only provide customization and rebranding services for all our software programs. If you want to customize or rebrand Novosoft product, please contact us: sales@novosoft.net

Being aware of the necessity in customizing our software according to the clients' needs, we provide our customization service for a very reasonable fee. For some products specific requirements have to be met. We are open to suggestions as to what to adjust in our software and are willing to discuss the possible changes.

The following possible actions can be performed by the Novosoft LLC side (in compliance with the Reseller requirements):

• Adding the notice that the software was customized for a particular Reseller in the "About" information of the program;
• Slight modification of the functionality of the program (only in compliance with the approval of the technical support department);
• Changing the Novosoft LLC support e-mail address to the Reseller's support e-mail address.

Requirements for the Client:

• Purchasing more than 100 licenses of our products (Handy Backup, Novosoft Office Backup, Handy Password)

Product Rebranding

Here are possible actions that can be performed by the Novosoft LLC side (in compliance with the Reseller requirements):

• changing the product name to that presented by the Reseller;
• slight modification of the program functionality (only in compliance with the approval of the technical support department);
• replacing the Novosoft LLC support e-mail address with the Reseller's support e-mail address.

Requirements for the Client:

• Purchasing more than 500 licenses of our products (Handy Backup, Novosoft Office Backup, Handy Password)

100 - 999 licenses	$10 per license
1000 - 4999 licenses	$8 per license
5000 - 9999 licenses	$7 per license
10000 - 50000 licenses	$6 per license
Requirements for the Client:	purchasing more than 100 licenses of Handy Backup software.

Handy Backup software with DVD support:
100 - 999 licenses	$30 per license
1000 - 4999 licenses	$28 per license
5000 - 9999 licenses	$27 per license
10000 - 50000 licenses	$26 per license
Requirements for the Client:	purchasing more than 500 licenses of Handy Backup software.

Handy Password software:
100 - 999 licenses	$10 per license
1000 - 4999 licenses	$8 per license
5000 - 9999 licenses	$7 per license
10000 - 50000 licenses	$6 per license
